Adam
Halsey,
Principal 
Mr.
Halsey has over 10 years of
experience researching, designing and operating materials
sorting technology. Adam co-founded Ivy Materials
Recovery in 2004 and has been overseeing and advancing the operations ever
since. Adam earned his BESc., Mechanical and Materials
Engineering from The University of Western Ontario and an
Electro-Mechanical Robotics Engineering Diploma from Sir
Sandford Fleming College, is a registered member of
Professional Engineers Ontario and a member of the Ontario
Society of Professional Engineers.

Steven
MacDonald, Principal

Mr.
MacDonald has been actively involved in Ivy Materials
Recovery Ltd's vision since becoming co-founder in
2004. Steve has guided Ivy Materials Recovery Ltd.
with a strong technical and entrepreneurial background.
Steve holds a BESc., Mechanical and
Materials Engineering from The University of Western Ontario.

Philip
Tomlinson, Executive
Director 
Mr.
Tomlinson has been serving as Ivy Materials Recovery Ltd's
expert technical advisor since the company was founded in
2004. Among his expertise, Phil provides unequaled
theoretical guidance for Ivy Materials Recovery Ltd.'s state
of the art materials sorting technology. Phil earned his BESc. and
M.E.Sc., Mechanical and
Materials Engineering from The University of Western Ontario
and is currently completing a PhD. in Materials Engineering
at UBC.

Jeff
Somerville,
Business Advisor
Mr. Somerville is Assistant Vice President of the
primary casualty practice at a leading insurance
underwriting firm. Jeff provides Ivy Materials
Recovery Ltd. with proven business leadership acquired from
many years of exceptional business management experience.
He holds a B.A. degree, is a Certified Risk Manager
and Fellow of the Insurance Institute of Canada, and is
completing his MBA degree at the Richard Ivey School of
Business.
